Surrounded by a peaceful 60-hectare forest and bordered by a river, our guesthouse offers an exceptional natural setting. Enjoy the swimming pool, nestled in a former walled kitchen garden, for moments of relaxation and tranquility. A lounge area is also set up in the shade of fruit trees, perfect for unwinding. The Creuse region is known for its clear skies, ideal for stargazing on summer nights. To make the most of this, we provide a telescope for your use. For cozy moments indoors, a television and board games are also available in the guesthouse.

BEDROOMS On the ground floor: 1 bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a view of the river. Upstairs: 4 bedrooms featuring 2 double beds (160 cm) and 4 single beds (90 cm) that can be arranged together as needed. Each upstairs bedroom includes a sink with an illuminated mirror and blackout curtains for a restful sleep. 3 bedrooms overlook the river, while 2 have views of the former vegetable garden. BATHROOMS On the ground floor: a bathroom with a walk-in shower, vanity unit with storage drawer, illuminated mirror, storage cabinet, hairdryer, and toilet. Upstairs: a bathroom with a walk-in shower, vanity unit with storage drawer, illuminated mirror, storage cabinet, hairdryer, and separate toilet. LIVING AREA : KITCHEN The kitchen features a linear countertop with a sink and storage, plus a central island with a cooktop and integrated hood. Four stools are provided around the island for seating. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including a microwave, oven, induction hob, coffee maker, dishwasher, refrigerator, and raclette grill. DINING ROOM The dining room includes a large table seating 10 people, perfect for sharing convivial meals. LAUNDRY ROOM A laundry room completes the setup with a large-capacity washing machine and dryer, along with storage cupboards. Cleaning supplies and a vacuum cleaner are provided. A recycling bin is available for paper and plastic.
THE LIVING ROOM The living area includes a large sofa that can seat up to 10 people, a coffee table, and a comfortable TV corner for relaxing moments with family or friends. OUTDOORS Heated swimming pool measuring 8 m x 3 m, open from June 15 to September 15, from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Secured bike storage room equipped with 10 electrical outlets for safely charging electric bikes. Direct access to the river for fishing. Numerous hiking trails start directly from the estate, offering walks in the heart of nature. ACCESSIBILITY Private parking available on site. Please note that some areas of the cottage have stairs and features that do not allow easy access for people with reduced mobility.
